Thank you for shopping at Burgundy Bāgh. Based in India, we are proud to ship our products globally, with a specific focus on customers in the USA and the UAE.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Indian Public Holidays.
- Domestic (India): Dispatched via BlueDart
- International (US & UAE): Dispatched via DHL Express
Note: During high volume periods (e.g., Diwali or Black Friday), shipments may be delayed. We will contact you via email, phone, or WhatsApp if a significant delay occurs.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note for UAE Customers: We recommend providing a physical street address and a mobile number. Deliveries to P.O. Boxes may experience delays.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Burgundy Bāgh is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
- For USA Customers: Orders under $800 USD generally enter duty-free (De Minimis value).
- For UAE Customers: Orders may be subject to 5% VAT and custom duties, payable to the courier before delivery.
4. Identification Requirements for Clearance
Customs authorities may occasionally request identification documents (Passport copy or Emirates ID) from the receiver. Failure to provide this may result in the return or abandonment of the shipment.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking number(s) once shipped.
- India: Tracking updates within 24 hours.
- International: Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update as it clears Indian Export Customs.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
Burgundy Bāgh is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged:
- Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
- Take clear photos of the damage.
- Contact us immediately at contact@burgundybagh.com.
7. Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- UAE: Ensure you include Building Name, Street, and Area.
- USA: Ensure Zip Code matches City/State.
