Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Burgundy Bāgh. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

However, as Burgundy Bāgh specializes in tea and beverage products, strict hygiene and safety standards apply. We only accept returns for items that are unopened, sealed, and in their original condition.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened tea packets, premix sachets, or beverage bottles.
  • Goods that have been mixed or partially used.
  • Sale items or Gift Cards.

2. Damages and Issues (Quality Guarantee)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (e.g., torn packaging, seal broken upon arrival), please contact us immediately.

For damaged food items, you do not always need to return the physical product.

  • Take clear photos of the damaged product or shipping box.
  • Email us at contact@burgundybagh.com with your Order ID and photos.
  • We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or a full refund.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return for eligible (unopened) items, contact us at contact@burgundybagh.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International Returns: For customers in the USA and UAE, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unopened item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • Approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
